Well good afternoon Mr. jhild,

Ready for another debate. Glad you could show up.

You are very astute in your observations. Unfortunately your understanding of the english language borders on being moronic.

The National Enquirer could use your services in the selective journalizm department. Perhaps you should read my whole posting, not what you would like to.

<Please stay with the topic at hand, at the moment I not concerned
about past or present accomplishments or failures.

PABN with their Authorized to issue 1.1 billion shares, has what, 800,000,000+
outstanding, and maybe what ?00,000,000 in their float. If they were successful in
attaining their goal, how high of a market capitalization could they achieve 1,2,3 years
down the road.

When I invest in OTC companies, I consider the possibility of future earnings, quite
similar to a gold mine. Kind of late to invest if they found the gold and confirmed their
reserves, wouldn't you agree?

I also compare similar ventures to see what MIGHT be attainable, keeping in mind the
difference between a new venture and that of an established company .

Since PABN is venturing into online trading, what would you consider as a reasonable
time frame to give them the opportunity to see if they could be successful in this niche of the financial market?

E*Trade 115 million OS, 62 mil float, closed $104, 52w 5-144
Ameritrade 52.1 mil OS, 14 mil float, closed $120, 52w 5-188
Schwab 406.4 mil OS, 249.9 float, closed $120, 52w 18-155

Very impressive figures, you must agree.

Now remember, these are established companies, my question is in regards to potential earnings in the future. We are dealing with a new venture that is in high demand.

I like to compare it this way, using a factor of 1000,

E*Trade 115 billion OS shares @ 0.104
Ameritrade 50 billion OS shares @0.12
Schwab 406.4 billion OS shares @0.12
PABN 800+ million OS share @0.091

Now, would you care to respond again?

TIA
FCDs

"Two houses and a failed merger/acquisition and a rapidly expanding outstanding and more shares entering the float every time anyone turns around, hardly scales to the kind of businesses you are comparing."

The question keeps coming to mind. Why do you even care? Looking after our best interests again? Or is it money in your pocket???

Thanks for caring about how I spend, gamble, invest, whatever you care to call it, my money...

Keep up the good work my friend.

BTW, out of curiosity. I can understand a concerned investor asking pointed questions about a company. But, if an investor gets as jaded as you appear to be then they, typically, pull out. But, even the most concerned investors have something positive to say from time to time. You seem to have nothing, and I mean 100% of the time, to say but negatives.

hmmmmm.... how much do you get paid to look after my investment interests and keep me away from this bad evil company?
