Au contraire re MSFT. One of the worrisome things about the company is that it still gets 'em young and works them half to death for relatively low salaries and options. Nearly everybody does at least one stint there. But when the share price falters, they risk the old syndrome of "and a thousand men died in the crush at the door."

(I'll explain that reference if it is not familiar.)
