>>Has there been any book that you can buy at Amazon that is not available at Barnes ?

That doesn't create a value proposition for Barnes.

Sarmad,
Just a consumer's thought here -- Next time you're in a pinch for a specific book and AMZN doesn't have it but Barnes says they do, think real hard about whom you can trust. The customer experience with AMZN vs. Barnes is night and day different, especially when there's a problem with the order. Try getting a confirmation or any information from Barnes... either on line or over the phone.....good luck. From a loyal AMZN customer and shareholder looking forward to Bezo's next brainstorm.

Sarmad - Yes, BnN did not have Hesse's 'Glass Bead Game' in hardback when I looked a year ago, so I ordered it from Amazon. I am NOT a coupon clipper. Time is my most valuable asset and possession. I love to browse Borders or Barnes in person, on a leisurely afternoon or evening. But, I will go to Amazon when I want something fast, and won't waste time comparison shopping. I assume the competition will keep them close to the best price. That's good enuff for me.

Regards,
Tom
