Bond - No - what they did was charge me the 19.95 commission plus 1 penny per share on the entire lot even the initial 5K. They say that is their standard charges - but I have previously traded lots of penny stocks larger than 5K shares without this fee. What they really need is enough turnover to stop their arrogance. I hope I can add to their turnover. I average more than a trade a day - so I think they are making plenty of $ on my accounts - and if they don't want to work with me I will find a company that does.

Ameritrade is far from perfect but they have an All-Or-Nothing option. I use this on low volume stocks to prevent addnl cost of fragmented trades. You can't do this with a market order though.
