Dang, how could I almost have forgotten that? Remember, it's not the point that this in fact may happen (honestly, I don't think it will in the near future unless something dramatic happens, but it is a risk if the Apollo financing were ever to collapse- don't know if that's even realistic until we see the filing). BUT, it is a further sign that this company was in a poor negotiating position when Apollo was around.
