It is time to give your little song and dance up...Leon Black's $75 million investment speaks infinitely more than any little arcane...ooh look at this in their filing...oh and don't forget about this either....PLEEEEEEEEASE. You are wasting cyber-trees. Might the stock price fall? Maybe a little bit...so go ahead and make your little 1 or 2 point trade, but forget the rest of your argument - the market has spoken loud and clear - they like investing alongside a Leon Black.

I know this doesn't fit in with all of your conspiracy theories, oooh Leon is going to steal the company with floorless convertibles, etc. Do you even comprehend what goes into negotiating a deal of this size, almost 1/10th of a Billion dollars? Do you think Leon is investing his investors' hard earn money into a company in the hopes that it will go to ZERO, so that he may steal it from everyone.

And concerning the insider sells, the stock they received in RRRR was the currency they got paid in, and so they sold a few shares to raise some cash, as typically occurs in deals like this? So WHAT? What is your point in all this...to snag a one point gain? Go for it, you may get it on Monday. But don't try to tell all the longs out there that you know more than Leon Black did going in, with his substantial investment! If the company was so desperate and in a weakened negotiating position, shouldn't he have been able to purchase the entire company for $75 million, not 25%. And I bet he is pretty happy at this point with his 25% stake. Wake up fluffy man!!!!!!
