I spoke with the founder of the company earlier today. He told me a Form 10 has been filed for a fully reporting BB issuer. The company should be trading on the BB within three weeks. In addition, the business plan and executive summary should be available on the website sometime next week. It will likely answer all of your questions and more. Good post by the way.
