(April 19) BUSINESS WIRE -April 19, 1999--Magnum Ventures Inc. (Pink Sheets: MGVN) has recently acquired Radiotower.com and has applied for a change of name to reflect this event. The expected name will be Radiotower.com. The name change is expected to take effect shortly. Radiotower.com is a free online directory of radio stations that webcast on the Internet. Radiotower makes it easy to tune in and listen to over 900 radio stations from around the world in dozens of genres (top 40, news, alternative, rock, sports, etc.). All stations we list can be tuned in from our site. The company also provides information and descriptions for each station and links to the stations' own home page. The demand for websites such as this is proven. For example, Broadcast.com, a similar website, broadcasts 385 radio stations. Radiotower.com broadcasts 900 stations. Broadcast.com currently trades at $121.00USD per share with a market capitalization of 4.42 billion. The company projects a user base of 2 million users per month in '99/00. Revenue is derived from the sale of onsite advertising, affiliated ecommerce products and business-to-business audio services. Radiotower has licensing agreements and affiliations with a variety of e-commerce companies and content providers.
