TLC,

I have a question for you or the threadsters here. I'm currently investigating a stock... EGVRD. I'm assuming that the "D" signifies a split (within the last 30 days?) but I can't find any information to verify this. A quick check reveals that this company is incorporated in Nevada, 4 years ago.. (I know, I know, I know), their website reveals that the company underwent a recent restructuring and have very, very, very few shares out.. (Issued and in the float), which also flags me to think a RS has happened.

Problem, there was no PR issued on this information that I can uncover nor was I able to uncover anything at the otcbb.com site... any other areas I might be able to check this out?

TIA
