Coleen,

there was a reverse split on Eagle Environmental. But it occurred a while ago. There was a 1 for 10 reverse on 12/30/97. The symbol was changed at that time to EGVRD from EGVR. The specific press release is no longer available on Bloomberg but the info regarding the reverse split and symbol change are still there in the company description.
