John, What would you project as the effect of Valence patents if 50% of the $500 million now paid in royalties were shifted to Valence coffers? Would it amount to $250 million/30 million shares or over $8 per share before tax income? Would this amount to income without a P.O.? When P.O.s come, should the royalty income be added to profits from Valence's battery manufacturing to determine earnings per share?

How would you estimate it?
