Well surely this word does not apply to me from the definition that you have given. I have no feud and certainly no rivalry with PRWT/PABN. My only concern is for the presentation of the truth. I believe that the company has not been forthcoming. I only seek to see that this non-reporting company disclose their financial condition. New SEC rules are finally closing this loophole with regard to non-reporting entities. Unfortunately it can't come soon enough for those that have bought into companies with no business value but rumours of future business in hot sectors. (You know like "dot com" companies.)
