From the ASTN Quarterly Report (SEC form 10QSB)- Last paragraph This is the only thing I saw referencing an IPO: On February 8, 1999, GA commenced a private placement of equity securities. The proceeds from the private placement will be used to expand staffing, for capital expenditures to build an on-line research station and advanced database system, to develop and market new products and services, and for general corporate purposes. The securities offered in the private placement will not be registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and may not be sold in the U.S. absent registration or an applicable exemption from the registration requirements.
