On earnings plays in today's market ... if I hold thru earnings I normally have already taken my cost basis and some profit off the table and let the remainder of the position ride for the potential home run on "house money". On UNPH I exited my first call position before my trip when the stock was at 135. This second position is on "house money" ... There could be some truth to what you post about ebay. nb: My comments pertain to trades and not to investments. I hold investments thru thick and thin unless the fundamental story changes.
