It's always better to be safe than sorry IMO. In this case I know of some of the people involved and am sure of the legitimacy. Until last week, MGVN was an empty pink sheet shell. That's why info isn't available yet though the filings are in. It'll be a few weeks before Edgar has the info publicly available. In the meantime it appears the only other source of DD is to call the company directly. Hope the stock doesn't rise too far for your sake if you are interested in buying it at some point! I think it's going to be a good one!
