on the one I worded the preamble I tried to convey that we were members of a group, for just this reason. I doubt we hit the threashold of that would cause spamming concerns, and If we get read once "for real", they should understand the intent. I understand you concerns though

There is no way individual recipients can find this out unless they ask each other OR if one puts all of the addresses in the TO: address field where the person recieving the email can see for themselves all of the other recipients.

Therefore, I suggest that you put the list in the BCC: address field. This will suppress all other recipients in the email that is actually received. No one will be able to tell whether you have sent it to millions of people or just that one person alone.
