********IMPORTANT TO THE TWO PROPOSALS************** After finding out that a 13-D would not be required, I believe a formal letter requesting the two proposals is in order. I would be happy to draft a letter indicating the shareholder's wish to have Marty put on the Bd. of Dir. as well as removal of the potential loan/.15 conversion. As a checks and balances, I have spoken to REW and he has agreed to be the "trustee" of your personal information. He has agreed to keep all information kept confidential. He will attach the list to the final version of the letter requesting the two packages. I fully trust REW to handle the job...He also has the power to hand deliver the letter. Very effective.
