BTW, I forgot to mention that I received a response from AOL regarding the failure of BIDS to appear on their volume or Most Active charts last week.

They replied that they receive their feed from the S&P as opposed to a stock feed for the volumes numbers and were having problems with the connection to the S&P last week. They are working on the problem with the S&P to correct it. If they do get it fixed this week, that will be a big boost for the stock to show up. There are a lot of folks who have AOL as their ISP and stock pickers check the charts.

Denise, that brings up another point. That point is BIDS infringement of Onsale's patent of the basic auction process. It would appear that Onsale was the first to patent the basic auction process. If you check the Onsale thread it appears that Onsale will be going after all of the other online auctions as they hold the patent to the basic process.

BIDS may end up having to pay royalties to Onsale.
