#Who do they owe money to?

Good question, The last form they filed to the SEC claimed debt in
excess of assets and NO INCOME. I suspect that they owe themselves
salaries, they may still owe the lawyers, and there may be some outstanding
debt from any financing they used to bail out CWRC.
Even though Bill Patrowitz claims that HOPR is still the owner of record
for the 8.2 million shares of CWRC, I would guess that they are still in control
of them. If the debt is owed to the EX-HOPR corporate officers, you
will see them jump up to plate and take payment, if the Casino ever gets
built. So far with their track record, it's unclear if the casino will
ever get built.
With all of the stuff that has happened with HOPR, I am sure that there
are much better shell Corporations to purchase, so I personally don't
believe that any one in their right mind would purchase HOPR for the
shell, IMHO.
