CWRC's Bill Patrowitz knows how many shares are still in HOPR's name.
He is the same guy who was president of HOPR.
What they are not going to tell you is how many shares of HOPR they
control, who is registering share holders, if any one.
These issues also make buying the company for it's shell value hard.
It's no good buying a shell if you don't get a controlling interest.
If you are looking for a short term gamble, well you might get lucky.

With all the unknowns, every time I think about day trading this, I just
think back over the last 3 years and the DD I have done this year to
figure why this stock hasn't just stopped trading. As long as no one
is minding the store and people are buying, HOPR will keep trading.
If they want to buy the shell, they most likely will need to make a deal
with Berman and Patrowitz at CWRC. How much is a shell worth?
Any ideas? 2mil, 4mil. Todays value is about 1/2 mil(40mil * 1.2 cents)
Thats ignoring the assets, debt, preferred shares and bad will.

Given what i know about this company in retrospect, buying now may be a better gamble than a year ago. Not a good gamble, but a better one. we may be in for a short term ride. Hopefully, this is just the beginning.<<<<.David I know that I held one shell company that was taken over by someone else . I made my money back. I think that buying almost defunct companies with the hope that someone else will "perhaps" purchase the company, nevermind this one, is a pipe dream. No one has any idea how many shares are actually outstanding.....If i remember correctly those preferred share that where issued where equal to some absurd amount of common like 1 for 1000, I really dont remember, but it was something absurd like that, it may even have been more. I would and this is just a guess, think that there are more then 300 million shares of the common hanging around out there. I also have some of their warrants, remember those, maybe its some of them to?imho
