Good deal. What's everyone gonna do when it reopens? Sell some, and wait for a white knight? Or unload all of it? The release said the cash tender offer was to commence on or before April 30th (this Friday).

Ray: This might just be the beginning of a bidding war. This is a small price for one of the last well respected networking cos. in the US. I wouldn't be surprised to see Ericy or TLAB or others step up to the plate. Who is GEC anyway?
