Ok, maybe not the time to pull off a joke. But your post is quite funny reg. overnight valuation growth. Like an internut from $37M to 142M, I'm laughing hard.

Well what remains is:
Why did they sell a 70% stake? And the remaining 17% of the cajons family remained untouched, so the sold stake was not even prorated under the former owners? Huh?

Eventually, ALU could have retained stock options or a 40% stake, by: 49% of 83% is still a 41% stake when the cajob sells an equal share of 49% of their 17%. And the investment house has the majority by owning 51% ???

IS
