As I see it: 10 mil shares, with small float. Every buy or sell moves this stock. This is like the stock HITT, which I own. It was a private company that was bought out with a reverse merger. When it became public it went from $2 to $10, and is still going up. The shares of MGVN are now the shares of Radiotower. Magnum Ventures will be gone and Radiotower will take its place. This looks like a classic reverse merger, which is good! The way I see it is that I can lose $4.00 per share, but I can easily gain $40 per share. I'm staying with this one. Buy the way, I made all my money this year by buying first and asking questions later. It sounds crazy but that is how you get in at cheap prices. Regards Robert A
