Botex Industries Corp. (the “Company”) has received an initial order from worldBLEND Inc. for 80,000 product units of shoe insoles. The Company's new rubber-like, plastic based material (“Botex”) has been formulated into a product called “RePly Technology” specifically for worldBLEND, so named because of the way the material “replies” to weight and pressure. worldBLEND is a rapidly growing, American owned shoe company based in Carmel, California. The insoles will be incorporated into worldBLEND's executive brownshoe. The Botex logo will appear on all insoles. The international exposure of worldBLEND products will contribute to the worldwide recognition of Botex material and technology.

The Company has greatly increased its production capabilities at its Langley plant while at the same time maintaining high quality assurance. As a result of this increase in production capability, the Company is now able to effectively respond to larger volume buyers of products made from Botex. Furthermore, the Company has the ability to respond to increased volume requirements due to the business expansion of existing customers.

Accordingly, Botex Industries has accepted a large order from one of our long term customers, Fitzwright Co. Ltd. Fitzwright supplies a number of clients, (such as Bare and Bombardier), exclusively with various wet and dry type suits. Fitzwright has now expanded into Europe through a recent acquisition and is relying on the Company to fulfill its higher production needs. The Company manufactures the kneepad components for these suits. This order (30,000 knee pads) is singularly greater than any previous orders from Fitzwright over the past three years.

Botex has the unique ability to chemically bond multiple colors, densities and durometers within a single mould application process creating a superior product both cosmetically and practically. Botex' range of applications and uses includes footwear outsoles, insoles, sporting goods, marine products, automotive products, children's toys, household products, medical products, and industrial products such as gaskets, seals and fittings.
