This company starts trading Monday, April 26. It has raised $8.5 million so far, and has an operating plant in Langley, B.C., just outside of Vancouver.

Botex Industries Corp. (BTX.VSE) has developed a revolutionary new plastic-based material that is a replacement for many of today's plastic and rubber products. Based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, the company develops and manufactures Botex products and markets them internationally to joint venture partners and volume users of plastic/rubber/latex products and components.

WHAT IS BOTEX?

The Most Exciting New Advancement in Plastics in Decades
The Botex process allows for the combining of multiple colours, densities, hardnesses, elasticities and durabilities all chemically bonded within a single mould production process. This process dramatically reduces costs for manufacturers of rubber and plastic products. It has elasticity of rubber and enjoys the waterproof and greater durability characteristics of plastic. Botex has an extremely broad range of applications including athletic and casual wear shoe outsoles, insoles, sporting goods, marine products, automotive products, children's toys, and industrial products, such as gaskets, seals, etc…anywhere rubber is used.

THE BOTEX ADVANTAGE
Cost Effectiveness

Typical injection or compression moulds cost between $30,000 and $100,000 to produce, which can bring full line mould costs for an athletic shoe to well over $1,000,000. In contrast, Botex moulds cost significantly less thereby drastically increasing profit margins for the manufacturer.

Simple, Inexpensive Process
Automation and fewer steps required to manufacture products using Botex create quicker production and fewer man hours, further reducing manufacturing costs.

Aesthetically Superior
To create intricate design effects, traditional manufac-turing techniques involve the combination of compression moulding, silk screening and/or adhesives. Botex, by comparison, allows multiple colours to be incorporated into the design of any product or com-ponent, and chemically bonds them together, effectively creating a homogenous product having unsurpassed design and graphics clarity. This allows for far more design creativity by manufacturers which enhances marketability while having negligible impact on production cost.

Botex Outperforms other Materials
· Botex far exceeds the abrasion and durability standards of rubber.
· Botex is oil based so does not crack easily with weathering whereas rubber products can weather quickly.
· Botex does not mark floor surfaces whereas rubber products do.
· Botex has strong resistance to U.V. rays and is less susceptible to discolouring or breakdown than rubber.
· Botex incorporates multi-colours and multi-densities in a single application whereas rubber requires several applications.

Botex is Environmentally Friendly and Safe

Through chemical bonding of different materials, Botex eliminates delamination problems and the need for toxic adhesives.
Botex has eliminated all toxic thalates through its unique formulation and Botex is anti-bacterial.

EXPERIENCED AND COHESIVE MANAGEMENT TEAM
President Don Greer has taken a manufacturing company from start up to multi-million dollar sales and worldwide sales offices. He has been very successful in doing what he expects to do at Botex Industries Corp.

Strategic Alliances Bring High Volume Business to Botex

Botex is working closely with IMG Technologies, a subsidiary of the Mark McCormack company, IMG, International Management Group, who handle the endorsements of many professional sports players. IMG Technologies have introduced Botex to major shoe manufacturers such as Gomma. IMG is working diligently through its affiliations to land new mass volume users of Botex in product manufacturing. The president of IMG Technologies sits on the Botex Industries board of directors. GROWTH STRATEGIES
Global Expansion Through Licensing Agreements And Joint Ventures
To accommodate the high demand of mass volume users, and to facilitate the rapid yet orderly growth of Botex Industries, Joint Venture partnerships and long term licensing agreements are being arranged with large scale manufacturers. Our manufacturing process and technology will be installed in producers' facilities and we will provide the raw material on terms under the licensing agreements.

The license agreements are very similar to how Coca Cola does their business. Think of the joint venture partner as the bottling company. They build their plant, then buy a certain amount of Coke syrup every year. Botex joint venture partners buy a machine (like the bottling plant) and then they must purchase a stipulated amount of Botex syrup to make whatever product they imagine. (Botex also makes the molds for all the products.) In this way, we provide manufacturers the ability to use Botex in their products, thereby maximizing Botex sales while minimizing capital risk to Botex Industries.

PROPRIETARY PRODUCT AND PROCESS Global Patent Pending
A patent is pending on the proprietary process for manufacturing our products. The process is critical to the creation of Botex products - Botex can't be made without the unique features of the company's own proprietary process. To protect the company's interests, all employees are required to sign non-disclosure, non-circumvention and non-competition agreements. Naturally, the same applies to JV partners and licensees.
