What I meant by "timing is always the issue" is that for any situation you can never tell when developments will be announced mainly due to technicalities that always play a role in any deal. I did not mean to say that an announcement was not imminent anymore but mainly that I am not privy of inside information and if I was, it would be illegal for me to pass it on. What I know is something's going on for sure!
