victor....

If the company is all-American (not only in their VC but also in their "bread & butter" underwriting business), as you stated, doesn't that make you thinking, as they act in a very mute, "British" way?

IS.

Not "British"? Victor? Three words...
American
Depository
Receipts
(ADR). < (period)
Regardless of the minds of the individuals, the processes and business style of the individuals running the company, it is listed as "London Pacific ADR" and that colours (your spelling) any prima facie interest by any American investor. I would rate it as a hurdle of high significance. My first "whiff" on this company was "ADRs?? No way. Pass." I missed getting in at 13, settled for 18 (disclosure, in and out and in numerous times). Heck, Tom Candalera wrote his piece from London, and ascribed (wrongly, it seems) all sorts of British "reserve" to this company.
Whatever benefits the company derives from being headquartered in the Jersey Isles (taxes????) as opposed to Delaware better be damned quantifiable. Heck, that's one for the annual report, if anything was!
