If not for the buyout speculation, you would be correct. However, at this point, I don't believe the value is what individual investors are willing to pay, but what value a buyout company is willing to pay. (ie FORE). However the higher paid pre-announcement the more risk.

Well I guess you right about fair value...but what I really meant is the value of Coms business activity 5 years hence. My assessment is that Coms should equal or surpass Cisco at that time. Moreover, if Palm is a big of hit as I think Microsoft think it will be... Microsoft is in trouble and Coms is sitting pretty. So why would be I jumping at a $40 dollar. It would be better to put a .45 at my head. It doesn't make sense to be interested in any offer less $100.00
