Coupled with your post, the U.S. spends millions in Bolivia and Columbia in a feigned effort to control cocoa leaf production. The real problem, as you stated, is qwelling the demand from within.

I think that is to make sure that the profits flow to the right places ...Also gives a justification for heavy meddling in the other country's affairs.... Also provides all kinds of covert funding--Ollie North...
