3$ ???? - You mean nasdaq ? - ? - ?
Here is a link to the requirements - Browse down to the nice table :-)
nasdaq-amex.com

MDIH is a Delaware corp - they do not need to ask shareholders for further authorized nor for splits.

IMO no reason to talk about reverse at all - Here is the # OS of latest 10Q:
As of April 14, 1999, 7,776,500 shares of the issuer's common stock were outstanding.
And the authorized: 25MM shares.

Here is the link to latest 10Q:
sec.gov

Hope this help - no need to talk much yet - just plain accumulate ;-)

Kind regards
Jens

Just to keep everyone up to date: MDIH had their board of directors meeting yesterday. They brought the board up to date on the E-Commerce progress as well as the new lottery business they are bidding for.

All new ventures must be approved by the board not the shareholders. We should see something out about this in the next few weeks. They have also planned meetings with a few Seasoned PR firms over the next several weeks.

The company wants to use the momentum of their E-Commerce in addition to the yearly earnings and apply for a Nasdaq small cap listing in the first quarter of 2000 (which begins June 1,1999), and have a stock price well over 4 dollars at this time.

The big sellers are almost out of their stock. Be patient and buy around $1.00. I see this company doing 20-30 million in revenue next year and profitable at that. Note: 8,000,0000 shares x $10.00 makes it only an $ 80,000,000 market capitalization (very reasonable for an E-Commerce company).
