Does anyone know which company prepared the JV agreement or if it was a jointly prepared?
There is an evidentury rule that if an agreement is ambiguous in any term(s)then it will be held against the party that drafted the agreement.
Usually there is a term in JV agreements that the terms are to be strictly complied with.
Looks like a good fight coming up.

teevee - It's quite obvious that we have two radically different versions of what went on. Unless you were there I would think that it would be hard to judge who's telling the truth. Personally I think it's even money right now as I don't particularly trust either of them.
P.S. - I don't think you understand the concept of hearsay.
