My feelings exactly, Kerry. I find myself opening and closing the program frequently because it won't run in a window. I also have to enter the password each time, which is a pain. Is there a way for the program to remember your password so you don't have to enter it each time? Maybe one of the tech types in this forum has a solution.

Sincerely,
RFH

Hi Kerry, Welcome to the AIM Users BB. Looks like you've been a "lurker" for a while and now have joined in the fun here on SI. Please feel free to ask questions as you get started.

There's a couple of things you can do relieve the "window" frustration a bit:

- Make Newport the "last" program you open when you turn on your computer. Then you can "toggle" between programs that are already open by using the "ALT" key plus the "TAB" key.

- If you have a W-95 or newer keyboard, the WINDOWS key will also offer the same ability to "toggle" from one program to another.

Bob Norman plans to have a full Windows format in the next version of the program. That will include "minimize" keys and the ability to get to the "START" button at any time.

Did I note that you are located outside the US?

Best regards, Tom
