Bob,

<Hank and others will remind them how right you were last year... as if that makes today's criticism any more valid.>

Why would it not make today's criticism any more valid? Seems to me that he has been right and we stock holders have been wrong. Believe me I own a very big position in FSTW and with family and a few close friends own close to 250,000 shares. Sure I want to hear all the positives, but at the same time Shege has brought to this thread what no one else has and that is the right prediction as to how FSTW would perform this past year or so. Not only how the stock price has performed, but also how FSTW the company has performed. With that being said, you may want to reconsider his prediction for FSTW from this point going forward.

My biggest disappointed this past year Bob has been a very bullish out spoken person on this thread that has sold a very large amount of stock in FSTW while still talking the company up. Now tell me whom has been speaking the truth. By the way his name is Roger Babb if you did not know whom I was speaking.

No I am not mad tonight as I may sound with my posting just very disappointed, but I'm looking at a $1 1/2 stock price and it does not look very good no matter how I look at it!

<Post a comment, any comment, don't bother to think it through>

Funny how his comments, no matter how crazy they may have seemed this past year have all paned out! I'm just ready for him to be wrong Bob so we can all say we told you so, but until then I will continue to listen to Shege's opinions!

Hank

Once again you have (wilfully or otherwise) missed the point. A small company doesn't need title-conscious execs. Once you have a mindset that focuses on title, it's a small step to "it's not my job, I'm too high-ranking to do this". In successful companies there is a great focus on getting things done, not on titles.

Regarding the calculations, my point is that even a small gain in FSTW stock gets the preferred stockholders a load of money, while many of you (with an average cost basis of ~$5) will still be in the red.

To other people who seem to think that compliments have increased my posting rate: grow up.

Since many people here think this dog will turn around in "...the long term...", let's take a poll on where the stock price will be. My favorite person (Mike M) seems to think that 1-2 quarters will decide the future, which gives us a date of late October.

I know it doesn't make sense to do this for such a thinly traded stock (subject to manipulation), but my assessment of stock price on Nov 1, 1999:
Probability of stock price < $1: 10%
Probability of stock price < $2: 40%
Probability of stock price < $3: 70%
Probability of stock price < $4: 80%
Probability of stock price < $5: 90%
Probability of stock price < $6: 99%

Anyone else wanna take a stab? Mike M? Buddy? RD? Too bad Roger can't play.
