Possibly and possibly not. Private placements come in all sizes and flavors. They are not always good for shareholders. That depends heavily on the terms and the rationale for not using the secondary market.

My view is they count the merchants the day they sign on but most merchants have not offered CYCH services as of yet. So until the merchants actually start using CYCH technology very little $ flow back to CYCH. Some time during this year (IMO) this will change.
For example, try and find one or two sites that offer instabuy. Not through CYCH's demo site, just go to one of the sites on the merchants list and TRY to use instabuy...very hard to do. This has GOT to change. Until then there will be a lag between the merchant count and the revenues.
