Dave:

I have it in writing from multiple sources that you are telling people that MDIN is a scam and that the insiders have rolled over into NPEC and it's now NPEC's turn to run.

You seem to be the one common thread behind several of the bashers on the MDIN thread the last couple of days.

Are you doing this?

KMT

Hi Insiders/promo folks you're beautiful. NB it's No. C911769

Hey nice promo job - the "News" reads well - but what is it really?

Did Guzman come back to life and was then send off to Chile?

What are those vendor payments doing back in the market? Les?

I thought Quijano bought those 10 MM shares on the open market - someone fibbing here?

Don't forget my post - this is you DD for Monday:

Message 9266495
Message 9266495

I'll make it very easy for everyone - grab a copy of this court document - start on Page 9, Section 37, then the fun starts Section 38. Section 39 is long - several parts - someone deserves a medal for that; end of Section 47 - very nice; Section 52 - good work here; Section 53 - naughty, naughty; Section 55 - congratulations nice work here. In all a beautiful read, but that $3 million fine in Section 38 - ouch!!

I love the MDIN/NPEC + shell rotation - beautiful.

I'll be in Vancouver this week - home of the glorious VSE - now that is a class act - I love you too.

I love you all - you're all beautiful.

David :)

The online database just goes back to 1996 :(

You want this document:

No. C911769
Vancouver Registry
Dated at Vancouver, B.C., April 20, 1993
[ Notice of discontinuance against one defendant ]

and this appears to be an addendum frontispiece to the main 33 page judgement.

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF BRITISH COLUMBIA
BETWEEN
BOBBY HUFF and ANN DONNELLY
PLAINTIFF(S)
AND
YORKTON SECURITIES (and others)
DEFENDANTS

Signed (on page 32) by John N. Laxton QC

Solicitors for the Plaintiffs
10th Floor
1285 West Pender Street
Vancouver,
B.C. V6E 4B1
(682-3871)
(Signed in 1991)

I'll make it very easy for everyone - grab a copy of this court document - start on Page 9, Section 37, then the fun starts Section 38. Section 39 is long - several parts - someone deserves a medal for that; end of Section 47 - very nice; Section 52 - good work here; Section 53 - naughty, naughty; Section 55 - congratulations nice work here. Enjoy,

David :)
