Tim Would you compare this with ASNDs devastation late '97! I mean even if COMS goes it alone they could rebound as ASND did, until of course LU came around!

Can a Siemens do a cash deal? I remember LU had to wait to acquire!
Something about a pooling of interests!

Tim,

Am I wrong to assume that neither ERICY or Seimens can participate in pooling of interest benefits? Seimens just paid cash for all of the start-ups (1 billion or so). If this is the case, then they would be paying cash for the company. Does either company actually have that kind of cash handy and if they did, is this really the best way to use it? BTW, congrats on FORE. I really didn't think that they had it in them..my loss.
