No buyers for COMS as per Miss Tina the Psychic Reader
I just met Miss Tina my Psychic Reader. She is well known for her accurate predications. I took 3Coms stock certificates with me. I asked her when my pain and suffering will be over as COMS stock holder. What price 3Com will be bought? And by whom?

She looked at the certificates and told me that you have long way to go. She could not see any buyer for 3Com. Poor me....

Same person predicated that ASND will be bought by LU , COMS will buy USRX etc.

>>Am I wrong to assume that neither ERICY or Seimens can participate in pooling of interest benefits? Seimens just paid cash for all of the start-ups (1 billion or so). If this is the case, then they would be paying cash for the company.

A pooling of interest has nothing to do with payment method. Pooling vs. purchase pertains to how goodwill is treated. A company can do a purchase transaction and still pay in stock.
