If ABZ declined then they will be diluted, but if they
declined because they required additional information to
make a responsible decision. Subject to whatever terms
covered the providing of such information in the JV agreement
and WSP declined to provide it, my bets would be on ABZ.
Both sides have to live up to a contract. Responsibility
always weighs heavier on the operator.

A contract can be cancelled, modified or parts thereof decalred null and void.

There are a few ways of getting a contract cancelled or modified : claming a gross error was comitted im the execution of a contract clause( as would be the case here), claiming there is a misundedstanding as to the nature of the contract: ie you clain I sold U a car & I claim I RENTED U a car.., claiming the contract was signed under duress ie with a gun to your head and claiming the contract calls for the comission of a crime ie a contract to steal.

Where is Red anyways ?? hummmmmm.....
