And if dreams were gold You and joe would be rich. Aber have already presented their claim-which does not appear to include all of the "if onlys" which you have put forth. What they have put forward is a lot of window dressing with no saleable goods in a court.

Good point! What the happy go lucky gang here does not
understand is in Canada you can't force someone in or out
of something. The other party has a right to be heard
and if that other party was treated poorly or worse you
might find yourself diluted.

I think Rocket Red, fIXER and curahee got kicked off SI by
teevee. teevee thinks that SI has jurisdiction over the
JV contract between WSP and ABZ - LOL & ROTFLMAO
