BTAB squawked this earlier today:

-DCLK posted solid revenue upside and in-line EPS figures
-DCLK may have traded off this morning as a result of 2 factors
1. its revenue upside, which was a solid 13%, compares to
eBay's 34%, and we believe investors, in the current market
conditions could be comparing the relative results of the
two companies. We believe in a seasonally weak advertising
quarter that DCLK posted impressive revenue upside and
solid traffic figures. We note that DCLK's 50% sequential growth in ads delivered compare favorably even to Yahoo!'s
40% sequential growth in page views.

2. We believe investors may be confused regarding DCLK's
revenue recognition policy (with Alta Vista). We highlight
that the revenue reporting policy in no way affects the
results of the Company.
-We reiterate a "Strong Buy"
