KAA - my etrade account shows

#_003920995 _RESTRICTED EXP 0 X C No Price 0

Where X is the number of preferred shares - when is the last day to exercise them and whats the price ? How long I can keep them and how I can convert them into regular shares ?

Anyone has excercised them through etrade ? whats the procedure ?

regards

Jadoo

Keith,
With what is known, it would appear that the value of the Preferred shares will be diluted without the participation in the forward split. If this is correct then one might consider selling the Preferred shares (when possible) and perhaps buying the CVIA common shares for greater value.

However, under your management, my strategy with the CVIA "phoenix" is to hold, accumulate and enjoy the trip. I trust that the hint in your post will be revealed and eventually make holding the Preferred shares worthwhile.

While CVIA is still a relatively small part of my portfolio, it has certainly been one of my most entertaining and enjoyable holdings.
