Apache: incorrect assumption. I bought DCLK because:

1. it is the leader in an internet sector, and the Street places a premium on the leading net stocks
2. revenue growth is sustainable due to rapidly expanding international markets. Many domestic web sites will rely on their in house sales force for domestic sales, but will use DCLK when they expand to international markets
3. management's competence as evidenced by a) consolidation of operations in one NY office, b) introduction of new services such as DART and the forthcoming Boomerang, which are *exactly* the services which customers are demanding
4. valuation relative to other net stocks (EGRP, for example)

Forget the fundamentals, forget the e.p.s, revenues, growth etc. etc.., forget what the company actually does,, most people are in this one cause it keeps going up.

I'm in for the fundamentals.
Lesson of the Internet, the guys in first, or the gorillas, win. Often, though not always, the guys in first become the gorillas.
I believe Doubleclick will become the advertising gorilla of the net and is well on its way to getting there. Critical mass matters.
Thats why I am in.
