If you want to win a case in court that you initiate-you have to state your case up front. The other party has a right to know what case they have to meet in court. Loosing percentage in a JV exploration program for lack of notice and cash is not anywhere near the same as a banker kicking a widow out of a home for missing a payment on the morgage. You are in the wrong ball park. New grounds, surprise witnesses and such charades are for soap operas and dreamers. Things are pretty quiet over on the ABer thread. Why not pump up an empty shell over there?
