The "webnode" news release was an attempt to prove by the involved parties that "anyone" can publish a news release that says "anything". It's purpose was to prove that press releases can be "spun" to look favorable and the publisher of the news release such as B**sness w*re may do little or nothing to verify the information.
I do not know why this has not been said like this in plain english but it took me a few minutes of research to end up laughing my @$$ of over the "webnode" site as well as the FBN site......got to have a sense of humor.....as far as a suit goes while copyright infringement
can be iffy, if they "told it like it is" they cannot get sued for stating facts....and if they are sued, does not mean that they will lose or win.

"Monday <<April 26>>, 8:01 pm Eastern Time

Company Press Release

Business Wire Files Suit for Fraud and Trademark Violations

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--<<April 26>>, 1999"

Uh, Janice dear, I don't know how it is in Italy but here in the US April Fools Day is April 1 (oh yeah, what was that name you called me?--moron)

I'll say it again--

BEWARE PEOPLE THESE THREADS ARE A CESSPOOL FOR THE DUPLICITOUS AND THE SCHEMERS!

and what better example than this mis-timed April Fools "hoax"? You make my point for me Janice--thank you. (and yes, I know it was harmless--that wasn't my point--I actually find it kind of funny).
