Steve: If bought out...should get at the minimum a 25-30% premium above 52wk high (51.125 x 1.30=66.46/sh). Bidding war ensues...hard to predict...certainly higher than 66/sh. W/o buyout...mid to upper 30's within a couple months. If she reaches 35/sh...that will give a 50% return in less than 6mo for those who bought at around $20...not bad by any means. W/o buyout...probable sidways movement between 27-30 for awhile, until earnings announcement. Buyout rumor continues...then one of the potential buyers would most likely be acquiring 3com shares to "offset" their shareholder liquidation...this will fuel the movement upward! It is a "win-win" situation as I see it! Only strategy at this point is to sit back and enjoy the view. BTW...has anyone been looking at Cisco...volumn is high and stock is down. Am considering shorting...will wait another 10min...if it continues down...I am going to short. Could go down to 100-105.

Good luck to all,

HKirby
