Condor, I think the point is that it is already being done by folks who are deadly serious about causing gullible investors to buy worthless stock at inflated prices. This is not the first press release that BW has disseminated that contained information known to be false by the source. It is however the first case of BW suing their customer for such. I find it interesting that they think a press release by folks whose motive is educating the investing public is worse than those they publish daily by folks whose motive is to bilk the public.

That is 100% patently untrue. How do you figure that SI addresses somehow played into this? Your statement is completely false.
