I have had this type of problem on ocasion. You might want to check "View Activity" button to see if order went through. In the past, I have just canceled the order completely or called for a broker to see what was going on. You can question the order if you think you should have had a fill. Have them go back to market maker to check on when order was placed and if you were entitled to a fill. It ca be a pain, but I got a fill on a buy order that was "pending" for quite some time; knew I was enttiled to fill and made them look into it.
