YUM, Easy as least for preliminary research. CLick on this link. biz.yahoo.com now check down until you see an entry having to with earnings going back exactly 3 months. namely Thursday, February 11, 1999. biz.yahoo.com so now we have their earnings result and date. Now check around that date at the same URL going forward if there were any upgrades and there were. Then go back to historical quotes and plug about 7 days or so before they reported so you can gather up any possible earnings anticipation, and perhaps a few months forward and you will see the way the stock responded to the report. I do this for about 4 quarters with every earnings play, but not in YHOO I have real time news and these stocks are all in my database and news is 'attached' to it for the last few months.
