Evening Phatom and yes I am still around and do own some shares, matter of fact I own 8,000 shares with some in the $13, $10 and one-half of those shares in the $3 range. I don't expect that we will see the 10-13 anytime soon, but I could be wrong with what is taking place of recent.

An interesting concept was posted on Raging Bull by Unclewoody: “To all those who jumped on the class action lawsuit bandwagon: Your shares are out of circulation. The CHS float has been reduced, big time, by all of you and the 100+ lawyers who got all of you to sign the bottom line. Is it any surprise that the stock is going through a breakout? And who's left to offer shares for sale? Well, I guess it's people like me who were also caught off-guard a month ago, but are now going to sit back and watch buyers bid for the limited number of shares available. And this should be interesting between now and the earnings report.”

If he is correct this could well account for the possible scarcity of shares. The one thing I do know is that today's trading was virtually on buys going at the ask. The MM sure worked on keeping the ask down though and towards the middle of the trading day I just quit looking, because it was pissing me off to no end.

Here is wishing all longs and those who's shares are not tied up in the law suites the best in the upcoming trading days.

Regards,
