Gimme a break! These so called analysts never cease to amaze me!. I don't have the exact #s in front of me, but I believe WCOM has over 1 billion shares outstanding. WCOM paid $68 million more than initially reported, and the folks at Thestreet.com want to attibute a $5 billion drop in value to that! unbelievable!
